Hi

For IPMA to be implemented the Manager IP Phones should be of 7940,7960 and 7970.

Is there any specification similary for the Assistant IP Phone..?

Hi,

for the assistant you should have a 7960, because you need at least 3 button (2 for the lines and 1 speed dial), maybe with the new ccm version you could do it also with a 7940 but you will not have the speed dial, however for my direct experience I will suggest you to use 7960 for both manager and assistant, and if the assistant should have more then 1 manager I would also suggest a 7914...
