IPMA

Hi,

I have configured IPMA on callmanager 4.1(3)sr3b.

Calls are not getting routed to the assistant.I can see Assistant available status on the Manager phone & can also see the assistant name in the IPMA IP phone service on the manager phone.

When I press divert all on the manager phone & make a call from PSTN,call gets routed to assistant phone but when I call internally even "divert all" does not work.

I have not configured any filters & also tried with filter OFF on the manager phone.

Tried restarting tomcat & IPMA service.

You will want to take a look at your CSS and Partitions. Sounds like your internal phones are allowed to call the manager extension via their CSS.

Did you try enabling Inclusive Filters? To get all calls to the attendant, you would need to enable Inclusive filters and do not add any entries to the filter.
