I'm trying to find someone who has used Nuance Verifier with a CCM / IVR rollout. Does anyone know if this is compatible or is anyone using any voice authorisation software in their call centre?
I have heard about voice authentication in AS5300 and not voice authorisation software. You can do voice authentication using AAA in AS5300.
