Is in CM 3.2 a way to know who have calls in progress?

Hi everybody

I would like to know if there is any way to know who have calls in progress?

An expedity one. I know that Real-Time Monitoring Tool can provide information about calls in progress, but it doesn't tell me who.

You can use the WebAttendant, it will show you who is on the phone.

My guess is you'd need some type of Call Accounting. We use ISI Infortel. Its a 3rd party package and is certified to run with CM.
