Is it possibel to have voice over IP (VOIP) over multilink PPP on ISDN?

It's possible, but it should only carry voice through, no mix of data and voice recommended. LLQ is not supported on DDR links right now.

Be sure to configure Link Fragmentation and Interleaving, and set the fragment size to match the speed of your link. I have it working on ISDN with 6 7960's on the other end to a Callmanager.

Just a warning -
Recommend you dont use crtp header compression. EG You should allow more Voice bandwidth per call.
On ISDN it forces ALL traffic to process switch. (not just voice)
(At least so far I have not yet found an IOS that it doesn't)
This can be really bad for router performance on all but the very smallest
of wan links.
