Is it possible to recover emails deleted via the phone in Unified messaging

We have a customer who has unified messaging and would like to know if it is possible to recover emails they delete via there phones. Many users are inadvertently erasing emails that they wish to recover. Unity version 3.1.5.

You can't undelete messages from over the phone, however you can fish them out of the deleted items folder from within Oultook if the subscriber's are assoicated with a class of service that has the "Deleted messages are copied to the deleted items folder" option checked on the messages page.

by defautl messages deleted over the phone are not sent to the deleted items folder...
