Hi,
Some of my users require to answer call within 3 ring, but the company standard is 5 ring, can I set different number of ring on different point before it is forwarded to voice mail?

Hi,
I don't think you can set different number of ring per phone since we set it on the system parameters of CCM. The setting affects the entire phone system.

You can set this under the Service Parameters in the CCM Administration page. I think the value is Forward No Answer...and it's value is in seconds. One ring cycle is approximately 4 seconds, so for your example, you would need to change the parameter to 20 seconds, update and reboot the server.
