Hi, I'm trying to come up with a design with SIP. I would have a gateway (to a PBX) and some ATA's. I know that with H.323 I would need a gatekeeper and a H.323 firmware image for the ATA. Due that the H.323 image has been EoS I want to try it with SIP. My question is if the sip proxy server is required or I could use the cisco gateway for this? (somewhere else someone said that IOS 12.3.8T supported the SIP proxy feature, yet I've been unable to find any documentation stating it...)
