It seems like IP/TV has taken a back-seat to VoX as far as documentation on CCO is concerned. While there are plenty of exmaples and a design guide that focuses on VoX, IP/TV and video in general doesn't seem to have quite the coverage, and not all of the items that are important in have analogs with VoX.
The IP/TV manuals don't really specify anything as far as provisioning IP/TV in a FR WAN environment, best queuing techniques, how CBWFQ/LLQ interacts with FRTS, etc.
