I want to know , if this possible for the administrator to record a call ?

I don't know of a way. That does not mean there is not I just have not heard of that being done. Not sure if there are any 3rd party apps to do this or not.

If you asking if you can record a CallManager phone call the answer is yes, you will have to use a 3rd party app.
I only know of the following product but Im sure there are others:-

Also I think Performance Solutions do something like this. Or just install IPCC and a monitor server 8-)

If you are using Unity you should be able to conference in directly to a voicemail box that has no greeting and is set to record indefinitely.
I guess the user would have to initiate this, not the admin

If you want to termibnate a call that originate or terminate at your PC by using any type PC2Phone application or CIsco Softphone then you can download a very good shareware which records all the audio signaling before they been processed by the sound card.
