ISDN and Network Layer (D channel or B channel)

ISDN Data Link Layer has got two protocols ,,,,Which are LAPB(is there any Q?) and LAPD(Q.921).

Is ISDN network layer (Q.931) belong to D-channel or B-channel ?

Hi

Yes, typically the D channel contains all signalling, so that would be where your network layer info would be.

Some circuits use channel associated signalling (CAS) where the D channel info is actually sent as part of each B channel, but this is less common (at least over here)...
