HI,

If PRI is down at any time, how can we fetch the logs at what time PRI was down.

Any command?????

Depending on how logging is configured on the router, the information should be stored in the logging buffer.

Issue the "show log" command and scroll through to see if the information was captured.

If the issue is happening kind of frequently and you would like to have a way to keep track of the issue, you can configure the logs and debugs to be send to a syslog server to check the information at any time.
