ISDN ERROR

I have a router cisco connected via e1 (isdn Qsig) to a pbx siemmens, the problem that i see is when the call is generated through the PBX phone to the ipphone, when the ip phone calls the pbx extension works fine.

The error that i get is:

Cause i = 0x81E41C - Invalid information element contents

And the call drops.

The CCM is an 4.1.3 with SR1 and the E1 is configured via MGCP. i have added the isdn debug q931.

Thanks and regards

Carlos

Re: ISDN ERROR

It looks like you are sending a name in the facility message - "Oses Arie". Not sure if that is a name. The PBX does not like that facility message. So, You should find out what that message is. if it is a name, see if calls work when you stop CCM from sending the name.

Re: ISDN ERROR

I changed the signaling between the router and the pbx to Euro ISDN, and the calls works fine, it seems it was the PBX firmware.

Thanks for the Tip. How can I decode the Facility message? There is any table or something?

Thanks And regards.

Carlos
