I thought I remembered seeing this pop up a few weeks ago - but couldn't find it - my boss received a voicemail from unity the other night that was all white-noise static - about 50 seconds worth - I haven't had any other reportts of it - but just wondered if it was something i should worry about...

What version of Unity and TSP are you using? Is this with a Call Manager? Do you know where the call came from: cell phone, analog PSTN user, ip phone, etc? If it came from the PSTN, do you know what kind of voice gateway it went through? Software version on that gateway? Do you have VAD enabled or disabled in your voice network?

We are experiencing basically the same problem along with messages so garbbled it's impossible to tell what message is or who it's from.
