Issue with VG200 voice-port 1/1/1 constantly connected

Sh ccm-manager shows registered

In CM the vg200 with NM-2v says registered to CM

The NM-2v has 4fxs ports 2 cards with 2 FXS ports on on each card.

sh voice call summary shows port 1/1/1 is constantly connected.

When this shouldnt be the case.

When number is dialed we receive reorder tone.

rebooted the box to no avail same issue persisits.

Try to add the command "progress_ind setup enable " to the voip dial peers and see if it works.

Hi,

I've had this issue before after a move, try removing the cable and reseating it then reboot box.

If this fails try swapping card with another thats working if you can and this will let you know if RMA is required.
