Issues with MWI - Unity and Intecom E14 Switch

Unity 3.1.4 with off box msg. store on Exch 2000.

Issues with MWI's

Intg. monitor - RAW SERIAL DATA, shows call set and forwarding to voice mail, after the msg. is left and the phone is hung up, I do not see a any MWI setup data like OP:MWI_000????!<EOT>, If I go under unity and under the subscribers messg. settings refresh the MWI status I then see the OP:MWI_000????!<EOT> msg. going across. RMV:MWI_000????!<EOT> is sent as the new msg. left is deleted own its own.

During this process no MWI lamps are actually truning up.

Sounds like Unity might not be properly getting triggered when messages arrive/change state in Exchange. you might want to start with this tech tip here:
