Issues with TCL on CME in order to block calls

I am trying to use TCL in order to block calls on IP phones connected to a Cisco Call Manager Express. I configured a dial-peer voice 18 voip with destination-pattern *19T and application authentication. However as soon as I dial *19xxxxxxxx I get a busy tone. The customer wants to be asked for a pin each time he makes a call. Parts of my configuration is as follows:

dial-peer voice 18 voip

destination-pattern *19T

Not necessarily.

i'm not familiar with dial-peer applications but i think you can use 'debug vxml'. hopefully it'll give you more info why it is not working.

You will have to enter the pin command under each ephone and than enable login timeout

For example

ephone 1

pin 1212

after-hour exempt



login timeout
