Is there anyway to get the ITS platform on a router to interact with Callmanger on a Server? I want ITS and Callmanager to talk to each other over a WAN through a VPN.

Easy. Create a VOIP dial peer on the ITS router than points to the CM's IP address. Use a destination pattern on the VOIP dial-peer that covers the extension range on the CM.

Create a H323 gateway under the CM that is the ITS router's IP address. On the CM create a route pattern for the ITS extension range and point this to the H323 gateway you have just configured.

Careful planning of dial plans and site number ranges on the CM and the ITS router will prevent messy configs on both devices.
