I have a couple of questions regarding the IOS Telephony Service:

1. Does it supports IP softphones?

2. Does it supports Unified Messaging with Unity and Exchange?

Hello Gabriel:

I am currently running ITS ver 2.01

1. It has no support for IP Softphones.

2. Yes, it does support Unity w/ Exchange. To do this, reconfigure the TSP software and give it the IP address of the Router running the ITS code.

hoping this might help, since ITS is a solution for SMB market and Unity is maybe a bit too much for it, you can find a Unified Messaging Solution for ITS toghether with more other applications for ITS at www.stonevoice.com

1 - No, by now it seems that ITS doesn't support IP Softphone

2 - Yes, it works with Unity and also with other lower end (for both features and price) Voicemail products like this: www.stonevoice.com
