IVR application no detecting external digited numbers!!!
I've made an IVR flow wich is running perfectly inside our Telephony IP Network, the flow runs responding to entered digits, by the user. The problem we are facing is that the IVR flow runs for external calls but doesn't respond to the digits entered by the external users.

Turn on the debugging for SS_TEL in the AppAdmin web page, make sure DETAILED tracing is on in the CallManager, and collect traces. You probably want to open a case with the Cisco TAC and deliver these trace files on their request.
