IVR Problem

Does anyone know if If IVR could allow to collect 3 numberic data field and have them route it to the agent. These data fields are Plan#, Member# and the status of the member's claims. Can it be done without SQL Server? That is the main question.

In IVR, Can Call Accounting System caputer the Cost Center Code and Phone utilization?
