IVR stops working

I have Cisco IVR version 2.2 with JTAPI 1.2.

I am facing a problem with the same. The IVR stops accepting calls suddenly. But the service does not stop. In order for the IVR to work i need to restart the IVR to get it working. Does anyone have an idea on this ?

In the trace i get a msg indicating Trunk Group # 1has no trunks IDLE Left.

I havent defined any trunk Groups in my ICM system.

I have another problem too. After restarting the IVR, the calls does'nt go to the CTI-OS clients inspite of they being logged in & ready. I get an error msg. from the IVR indicating that we are facing system Problems.

If i login to the CTI OS agent from another Machine, the calls are routed. This is happening only with 2 Desktops.

Does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening ?

You maybe running into a known defect with IPIVR version 2.2(2).

If you can confirm the following:

IP-IVR version shown at the bottom of the AppAdmin page is 2.2(2)

you are using CallManager v3.1x

If so, you are running into bug CSCdw15346.

Hi,

Thanks so much for your Help. You are right. My version was 2.2.(2) I have upgraded it to 2.2(3a).

Call Manager version is 3.1(2c)

Is this bug fixed in the new version ?
