IVR Trace File

In the IVR trace file I'm getting the following error alot;

63: Sep 18 11:08:03.031 GMT+200 %MIVR-LIB_ICM-6-UNK:call #880, media #3935/2, task #19000005415 -> aborting call. trunk #8995.41 and service #0

We have two IVR's but I'm only getting this error on one IVR. Before I log a call with TAC has anyone see n this before or know what this error is ?

Hi Paul

Have you had any feedback regarding this issue as I have the same.

I do have a TAC case open but need to gather some logs for the engineer.
