Hi,
I am trying to create a CTI client application using the Java client classes. My question is:
1. Does this require any specific configuration on the server side to use Java or any/normal server configuration would do.
2. Are the Java client classes complete to perform all agent functions- like - hold/transfer/makeCall etc etc or I will have to deal with the softPhone application separately. The documentaion is somewhat ambigious on this. The documenatation refers to application client examples in several languages but Java(!).
3. The softphone dll ( the documenation refers to something like that)- does it contian some kind of GUI? Does a Java or html GUI exist?
4. Do these Java classes work with all versions of the Server.
I would apprecaite if somebody would clarify this for me.
