Thanks for the 3rd party fax tool on answermonkey.net, it works great. I have a question though; it seems that every day or so the applications locks up. By this I mean that faxes are not sent to the users they just sit in the inbox that was created for monitoring. If i re-run the wizard they are sent immediatley. Any ideas? I am running Echange 2000 and the gateway is a 3745 with ios 12.2(11)T.
Yeah, I got that same report from our TAC guru helping us out testing this against the various gateways that support T37 - I suspect if you just bounce the service itself it'll start working again - no need to rerun the wizard.
Ping me directly at email@example.com and we'll see if we can't shoot you a debug version of this guy to see what might be the problem.
