Jitter in CMR

Looking at my CMR records I notice a lot of records have a jitter value of > 60. Not sure if this is a problem or not. What is the range of acceptable jitter values when using CMR to monitor jitter?

Thanks!

Re: Jitter in CMR

As i remember acceptable jitter is below 30 ms. In QOS enabled and good-designed networks jitter for RTP packets is near 0.

Re: Jitter in CMR

Are these calls with a jitter value of > than 60 to Unity by any chance.

Call to Unity report high levels of jitter but its mis-leading.

Yes! The majority of these calls are to Unity via MGCP Gateways. What is the relationship between Unity and high jitter?
