join calls

on my cisco attendant console , the option for joining and direct transfering calls is greyed out? I have two calls on the same line,

make sure your attendant is double-clicking on a call before attempting to transfer it; a single click will not work and some options (like transfer) will be grayed out.

What is your CCM version?

How many calls do you have configured in the maximum number of calls in the Line Configuration page?

You probably have this setting set to 2 calls and you need 3, if you are using CCM 3.X then by default there are only 2 calls and can not be changed to 3 or more.
