From a single 7960 phone, I've got one call open on one DN and another call comes in. I place the first call on hold and answer the second call. I now realize I need to have all 3 of us talking together. (Me, the first caller and the second caller) How can I do this? I've tried parking the first call and then conferencing in the parked call but it didn't work. I just lost the parked call. Any ideas? My customer's administrators need to know to accomodate a situation such as this.
I seen discussions regarding the Call Park, but that was the only way that I would know how to do it.
If anybody has a way of doing it, I hear this all the time, so please share.
