JTAPI CallCtlAddrForwardEv, for CallManager 4.1(3)sr1, not reporting
I am observing an address (2003) and the callChangedEvent(CallEv eventList) is not reporting CallCtlAddrForwardEv whenever I do a CFwdAll from the phone. The Cisco JTAPI Developer Guide for Cisco CallManager 4.1 indicates that the CallCtlAddrForwardEv is supported by Cisco JTAPI.
Is there some setting on the call manager I need to change in order to start getting the CallCtlAddrForwardEv event?
Also when I use attendant console, it also does not indicate when I have forwarded a line. I am guessing it is also because CallCtlAddrForwardEv event is not being reported.
