JTAPI: Obtaining a CiscoRouteAddress for a CTI Route Point

hi,

i need to use JTAPI to control calls placed to a CTI route point. the route point is configured on the call manager, so i need to register my application to receive notification of calls to that route point. i create a class that implements the RouteCallback interface, and then pass it to the registerRouteCallback() method of the RouteAddress that represents the CTI port.

But how do I get the RouteAddress? it is not returned by Provider.getAddresses(). It appears I need a CallCenterProvider, but reading the Cisco JTAPI API specification, there does not appear to be a way to obtain one.

does anyone have any ideas?
