I havd a 7940 and we are running call manager 4.1, is there any way it can be set up on either end for me to push a button to send an incoming call to voicemail?
I dont want to enable call forwarding but would like ot see a call coming in, know its that annoying sales rep, and just push a button so the phone stops ringing and they immediatly go to voicemail. can this be done?
