Kicking users out after X attempts to transfer.

I have a client in the credit card industry running Unity. They would like to do two things:

1) After X amount of failed attempts to transfer to an extension (from the opening greeting, for example), automatically disconnect the caller
2) (the prefer method) After X amount of failed attempts to transfer to an extension (from the opening greeting, for example), transfer the caller to another call handler.

Want to do this to eliminate the high volume of callers in the Unity queue.

Systems Engineer

Re: Kicking users out after X attempts to transfer.

Unity does not have this functionality. You should contact your Cisco Account team and have this submitted as a feature request.
