Labels in ICM

I just inherited this older IPCC Enterprise edition and I've been tasked with changing some of the VRU scripts.

I'm having some issues with a label that transfers calls to an outside number... I can't find the label to edit it and I can't find where the dial string is located.

Label properties on the CCM and QM are:

Type: Normal

Client Type: Generic PG

It's listed under the CCM and QM in the bulk label editor, but there's the phantom label number and description with no attached dial string.

Is there some place I'm not looking here?

thx

Re: Labels in ICM

Looks like you dial string is located in the IVR or the queue manager.

Check the IVR or Queue manager script

Re: Labels in ICM

I'll check there next, but can you put a dial-string in the QM?

Here's part of a trace I ran:

55634: Sep 21 12:46:53.765 PDT %MIVR-SS_TEL-7-UNK:Call.transferring(5040) ICMCall[id: 17277, media: 241758/4, state = ANSWERED, dn = 5012, ani = 2538968870, lrd = 5000, type = REDIRECT,

Re: Labels in ICM

Yes you should be able to dial a number from QM.
