Lamp doesn't turn off

I'm running CCM3.3 and Unity 4.0(2).

Unity is ok but if i listen all voice messages the lamp doesn't turn off.

I've tried to resync the MWI but that didn't fix it.

From an IP Phone I can dial the MWI on and Off extensions and the lite will turn on and off.

I've also check the event logs on the Unity server but don't see any error messages.

If i look at the 'Indicator Lamps' status (in the SA under the Subscriber, Messages) for the subscriber it's set to On.

... the issue is probably between Unity and CallManager.

Any suggestions on where to look next.

Is this happening for one or a couple of users or ALL users? For one user, you can check in CallManager to see what it thinks is the MWI setting for the user's phone. In CCMAdmin, display the user's phone, then select Phone configuration. Click on the IP address hyperlink. At the bottom of that page will be the Message Waiting setting - does CCM also think the MWI should be on? If yes, I would then check the user's inbox and try selecting the Outlook setting "Edit Mark all as read" for both the Inbox and Deleted Items folders. Another thing to check would be is there an Alternate Extension coded for the subscriber on the phone? Cisco has a great troubleshooting doc on this
