Is this happening for one or a couple of users or ALL users? For one user, you can check in CallManager to see what it thinks is the MWI setting for the user's phone. In CCMAdmin, display the user's phone, then select Phone configuration. Click on the IP address hyperlink. At the bottom of that page will be the Message Waiting setting - does CCM also think the MWI should be on? If yes, I would then check the user's inbox and try selecting the Outlook setting "Edit Mark all as read" for both the Inbox and Deleted Items folders. Another thing to check would be is there an Alternate Extension coded for the subscriber on the phone?
