Is there a way that unity can play english and french from one call handler based on the input. In detail, my customer wants employee have the option 1 to English and option 2 to French when retrieve voice mail through backdoor number(say 5132223333). Understanding that we can record English and french, I mean system prompt. The unity document says use routing rule to select language. I have no problem to achieve this if I have two backdoor numbers. What about only one number? Thanks

Sure you can.
What you do is setup a routing rule based on the incoming number - 5132223333. Setup the routing rule to send the caller to a Call Handler that has the greeting - "For english press 1, for French press 2." Based on the key, you can send the caller to two new call handlers, one with the language set to English and the other with the language set to French. Setup the new call handlers to send the call over to the Sign-In after playing a blank message.
