How often is this message occurring in the event log? Is it occurring consistently after starting Unity, or just a one or two instances after Unity startup?
If it's occurring consistently then it's a problem we definitely need to investigate. Are you using Exchange 5.5 or Exchange 2000 for your mailstore? Did you check that the Exchange server is accessible and the Exchange services are running on the server Unity is connected to?
