License on Incremental Voice Mail box

Hi,<br><br> Our customer ordered the Incremental license ( 100 ->150 user licenses). But I have received a list of Serial No and license agreement in format UNTY-2X-XX-XXXXXX. How and where can I apply these sets of serial number to update my license key? <br><br>I find the page "Unity Software Version or License Upgrades" in cisco web site but it does not ask me the serial no. of license upgrade (just only version / dongle key/PAK and current license).<br><br>Please tell me the URL for license upgrade and the use of these serial numbers. <br><br>Thanks a lot.<br><br>Rayon<br><br><br><br>

Hi Rayon.

Those serial numbers you received in the format of UNTY-2X-XX-XXXXXX are all really considered 'PAK's. To receive an updated license key (which you will use to increase the VM seats on the dongle) you should go to http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/FormManager/formgenerator.pl " target="_new">http:// http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/FormManager/formgenerator.pl , select Upgrade, the version, put in the last PAK and dongle serial number. They probably sent you a LOT of PAKs, you don't need to add each one individually. Just enter the last one on the list. You will receive ONE license key that will add all of the needed seats.

Yes, I also think that the serial is PAK. Also you said, I got a lot of PAK and don't know which one I should apply.
