License Problem

Hi <br>It seems, that I've got a license problem :-(<br>I have a 8 Lines, 100 User Unity License (Unity shows license in System Administrator). When I try to configure my real users, Unity tells me, that I don't have any licenses ?!?!?!?<br>under System - License it shows me, that I have 100 unused licenses for VoiceMail and Acitve Assistant ....<br><br>Any help is appreciated.<br><br>Thank you very muh in advance.<br><br>Rgds.<br> Andre<br><br>

How many VMO licenses do you have?

The default template/COS combination may be setting some license controlled feature (such as VMO or TTS) that you don't have enabled on the dongle.

Try creating baseline Class of Service and Template to work with if you can't seem to locate the restricted option.
