Youll see a key there called License Counter. Itll default to c:\commserver\LicenceSyncher.exe. Change that key to point to c:\commserver\stub.bat instead.
This should do the trick. Be aware that your license count may get out of sync on you here (i.e. if you have folks deleting subscribers in Exchange directly) so be sure to run the proper LiceneSyncher.exe from the Unity program group from time to time when you can be there to make sure it terminates OK. Consider upgrading to 2.4.6 soon
