LicenseSyncher

I just noticed my Unity server is pegged at 100% CPU utilization. It is NT 4.0 sp6a, Unity 2.3.6 I think, in task Manager it says "LicenseSyncher" is taking 99% utilization"<br><br>

Yeah, there were some known bugs with the LicenseSyncer process in 2.3.6 and early versions of 2.4.0. Here's a link with some details about what it does:

There's a tech note (that I can't get access to from here and I don't trust my memory for the details) describing how to "stub" the license syncer out so it wont run every night, or upgrading to 2.4.6 will also solve the problem.

How can I stub it out? I know its not good for the NT server to be stuck at 100%
