Hi,
Licensing of the Cisco unity 4.1 is shown below. We need to know whether it is possible to deploy Viewmail option for the existing license.
The confusion which exists is that we have the license for unified messaging but no license for unity inbox subscribers, so is it possible for voice mail users to access their voice mail web account using the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant ?
Is there any way to forward the users voice mail to outlook uning the existing license?
Any lead for this issue will be appreciated.

Hi Bibin,
With your current Licenses, users could not use the Cisco Unity
Inbox portion of PCA but are licensed for View Mail for Outlook or
VMO -
