Limit Directory Handler Attempts

Is there a way to limit the number of attempts a caller has when dialing by name. That is can Unity be set to send the caller to an extension if the caller enters 4 or 5 invalid names while in the directory handler?

Re: Limit Directory Handler Attempts

No, there's no way to limit how many times someone tries to spell a name and sift through the matches on the directory handler... only the timeouts if there's no input and what to do with the caller if they exit or time out. If they're persistent, they can continue trying to spell the name of someone indefinitely.
