Limited function Unity when access thru PA ?

When I ring Personal Assistant, I say "Voicemail" to connect to Unity to retrieve messages etc. However, I do not appear to be able to record greeting via this method. Once I have entered my PIN I get "list headers", "listen to messages" or "send message" - I don't have an option to change greetings and pressing "4" for setup as I would had I called Unity direct is not recognized.

Is this a limitation of PA, or the version I am running or should I be doing something different ? I'm running PA 1.4(5) and Unity 4.0(4).

Any help would be much appreciated.

We also use PA 1.4(5) with Unity 4.0(5). This is a "limitation" of PA. It gives you a way to access your voicemail through voice command, but does not allow you the full functionality of Unity.
