I noticed that 400 users in a specific COS have unlimited mailbox storage. How do I make the changes to all their mailboxes so that they are limited to about 5 minutes worth of storage? Also, can I change it so that read messages are deleted after 5 days?
Thanks in advance...

You can set the mailbox size of these folks through Exchange Administrator. Unity piggybacks on the Exchange settings for the mailbox. You will need to calculate the size of the mailbox based on the Codec you use. There are a quite a few posts in this forum about the sizing of the message files. If you want to delete read messages based on a certain time, you can do that by setting up a Exchange based rule. Unity does not have soemthing to do that automatically.
