Unity is a true unified messaging model which means we store our messages directly in your exchange mailbox. We have no control over the storage limits there, we have to respect the Exchange store size limits.
Since Exchange doesn't make distinctions between message types, you can only limit your total inbox size per user through the Exchange admin tool.
