Line appearance

I'd like to setup a line appearance on my 7960. The thing is, that when a call is placed to that line and I pickup my handset, let's way, to place another call, I automatically answer this call. I would not want to answer this call. Just want to see the status of this line.

Any recommendation ?

you have configured shared line appearance?

You can disable this with "Always use Prima Line" flag in the CCM service parameters.

Set this flag to "False".

currently set to False. shouldn't this be set to true instead ?
