Line Busy on Dial

I have a VOIP problem, where I am connecting to a 36XX RTR with a NM/2VIC.

I get a dial tone, however when I press any button( on the phone), I get a busy signal immediately. Any Hints?

Hi,

Please make sure you have either POTS or VOIP dial-peers configured, with destination pattern matching whatever digit strings you want to dial.

If it still doesn't work, please provide the output of the following commands:

- sh dial-peer summary

- sh voice port sum

- debug voip cc in
