Line cut when transfering from Unity to CTI Route Point

Unity 4.0.3. I use a call handler to transfert a call to a cti route point that goes to a script. Sometimes the call go thru, sometimes the line disconnect. Any idea?

I'm not at all sure what's going on but here are a couple simple things to try...

- use supervised transfer rather than release

- use release transfer but add a pause (comma) or two after the transfer dial string

Of course logs from CCM or the TSP should tell why the call is being dropped but that's quite a bit more technical.
