I am experiencing a problem with my Callmanager 4.1.3 . I want to use the ForwardNoAnswer from a phone to a hunt pilot, so I created a Line Group inserted some DN, created a Hunt List and attached the Line Group (TopDown algorithm) to it, created the Hunt Pilot, gave it a number and attached the Hunt List to it. Then I restarted the TCD service and the CTI service. The phone which uses ForwardNoAnswer, I configured to forward the calls to the Hunt Pilot.
The behaviour I have now is that the calls get forwarded to the Hunt Pilot but then the first number in the Line Group keeps ringing and it doesnt slide to the next number in the Line Group, I just get a fast busy tone after the some time(depending on the RNA).
If I am correct, in CCM 4.1.3 I dont need to use the AC, so it should work. I also checked partitions and CSS, everything seems fine.
So now I am stuck, any help will be greatly appreciated.
