Hi,

I have a tapi code. After successfully linedrop, lineDeallocateCall, lineclose, lineshutdown, the next time when I place a call, sometimes I receive LINE_REPLY error message, the param2 shows LINEERR_RESOURCEUNAVAIL, but this is not always happen. But once it happens, I have to try 2-7 times to make a call again. I wait for the LINE_REPLY message after I call linedrop method. Does anybody knows what is missing?

Thanks

This sounds like a problem you could use Cisco Developer Services to assist you with.

www.cisco.com/go/developersupport

Using logs, and call flow, they will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot.

Hi,

I downloaded the TAPISampleApp example from cisco :

"

This sample applications exemplifies the following TAPI functionalities:

a. Answering a call

b. Playing a greeting

c. User Options

1. Recording a message

2. Call Redirecting

3. Call Forwarding

4. Call Conferencing

5. End Recording Message

d. Silence detection."

When I launch this application, I receive :

Device found!!

Device ID: 10

Device Name: Cisco Line: [CTI-01] (8045)

Error in opening line.

LINEERR_RESOURCEUNAVAIL

So I have also a lineerr_resourceunavail ...

Do you know what can be the problem ?

Thanks

Thierry
